Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website or services of KMN Legacy Group LLC (“KMN Legacy Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Services
KMN Legacy Group provides notary public services, including in-person mobile notarization and Remote Online Notarization (RON) conducted through BlueNotary, for clients located in Florida, throughout the United States, and internationally where permitted by law.
Notary Role and Limitations
As a Notary Public, KMN Legacy Group’s role is limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and administering oaths or acknowledgments as permitted under Florida law. We do not provide legal advice, and nothing on this website or in our communications should be construed as legal advice. We do not prepare legal documents, determine the legal sufficiency of any document, or advise on the legal effect of any document presented for notarization.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any document presented for notarization is complete and accurate, and for understanding the legal purpose and effect of the document. Clients must appear with valid, government-issued identification as required by Florida law.
Remote Online Notarization
RON services are conducted in accordance with Florida’s RON statutes and performed through BlueNotary’s secure platform. Clients using RON services are also subject to BlueNotary’s applicable terms of use.
Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments for mobile or online notarization are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline to notarize any document if we have reasonable concern about the signer’s identity, willingness, or capacity, or if the request does not comply with Florida notary law.
Fees
Notary fees are charged in accordance with Florida law and any applicable mobile travel fees, as communicated to the client prior to the appointment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMN Legacy Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, except as required under Florida notary bonding and liability requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
